The clinic is located in the small blue building to the left of the house at this address. There is a yellow Adirondack chair out front of the clinic that serves as a waiting area in the warmer months. Your therapist will come and get you at your appointment time; there is no need to arrive more than 1-2 minutes before your appointment time.
Please park on the street and not in the driveway. Thank you!
