The clinic is located in the small blue building to the left of the house at this address. There are two yellow Adirondack chairs out front of the clinic that serve as a waiting area in the warmer months. Your therapist will come and get you at your appointment time; there is no need to arrive more than 1-2 minutes before your appointment time.
Please park on the street and not in the driveway. Thank you!
